steering wheel size?

[Some guy]

So i am not at the point where i want to get my steering wheel recovered. Like always, there is other stuff on the car i have to spend the money on.

I went to the store and normal steering wheel covers don't fit. 14 1/2 to 15 1/2 are way to big.

What size works for the car?

So i found out our steering wheels are 13inchs.

Has anyone ever used one of these kits?

I was thinking i can just use a sewing machine to make it a little smaller. to fit, then spend 5 hours lacing it up.
