Mystery Wires under console.

I pulled my console and am planning to reinstall it later today. I found two wires that look like they should go to something, but didn't. The rheostat, console clock, cigarette lighter, and my center console switches all look to be wired correctly. Any thoughts on what these mystery wires could be? One is black, the other green with a white stripe. Thanks!

FWIW: The green wire is LIVE anytime the key is ON. Keep it covered.
