My car will not start due to no spark, where should I start checking to diagnose? Anyway to test the coil?

Wiggle the wire connections on the Ballast resistor. Were messing with anything behind the engine that might have knocked the Coil wire off the distributor?

You can start by looking at and following, STEP BY STEP, the Factory Troubleshooting Chart for Engine-Will-Not-Start; Ignition
LINK: Factory-Troubleshooting-Charts-Engine-Will-Not-Start (http://dmctalk.org/showthread.php?3142-Factory-Troubleshooting-Charts-Engine-Will-Not-Start)
The Ignition troubleshooting list is in Chart C1, first two images there. Click the enlarged image to get correct resolution of the chart pages.
5 tests are shown in the recommended sequence, along with what you do next depending on outcome of each test. And do not skip any of the sub-tests. Test #1, for example, shows several follow-up/detail tests or inspections.
Run EACH test exactly as instructed in order of the chart and you will discover the problem. Don't jump around looking at - or replacing - random components.

Check the red high tension cable from the coil to the distributor... mine was poorly connected! I just plugged it strongly and voilĂ*!
