Just got my set of tail light boards from the great Dave and Julee. I have to say, they're very nice. Especially for the price. Call me old fashioned but I stuck with the incandescent bulbs. Install was obviously pretty easy. Only thing I noticed was it was a little tight of a fit with the 2 center pegs that ride in the 2 little slots in the center of the boards, but that was easily overcome and hardly an issue. Had my wife hop in and work the brakes, running lights, and turn signals......presto! All my lights come on! I'm having connection issues with my reverse switch so I don't have pics of reverse lights unfortunately. Here's some pics of the boards and the lights in all their glory!
Again, VERY BIG thanks to Dave and Julee!! Thanks for letting people know when I stop!! :fancy:

Reposting as I messed up the attachments the first time. :mad1:
I've installed a set of the LED boards on my own car with a modification to make the tail light come on with the brake lights when the headlights are turned off, i.e. in the daytime.
Lights only:
29885
Lights with Brakes
29883
Brakes Only (note side marker lights)
29884
Reverse
29886
Hazards
29887
A board with a new PCB which allow to light up all the red light would be nice.
Small light for the light only including the two brakes and brighter when you hit the brakes on the two red light brakes.

The Colorado club was showing something like that at DCS (not ours). Looked nice. Probably 2x to 3x the price, not mass market.

This is our new board with LEDs plus about 20 cents in diodes ($4 at Radio Shack).

Dave - are there any plans for you guys to sell an LED only kit for those with good/other aftermarket boards already?

Not that I know of but replacement parts should be available. James will have to answer on this one.

Do you have a link with pictures by any chances?

I was shown the board. It was a full size black board with lots of surface mount LEDs soldered on the board. It looked very nicely designed. I would guess the price to sell them would be to high for most owners. Of course there are always some owners that getting the best where price does not matter.

It even had a toggle switch on the board so you could switch it between "normal" and "extra brake light" mode.

Maybe if several owner are ready to buy them, the price will decrease.
Anyway, it will be nice if the owner of this board will create a new thread to explain how it works.
Maybe Tomcio has the knowledge to design such a board :)

I wonder if it animates like the DMCH one was going to when they were first working on it many years back?
