Has anyone used this unit for your cooling system? This company seems to make an item similar to the Special T auto one. I'm running the Special T one right now but this unit has on-board LEDs. Does anyone have experience with this one?

Had one on my previous D and was very happy with it until it went wrong, sent it back and was fixed (this occured twice) both times it was fixed. Cant remember what went wrong (4 or 5 years ago now) but the vendor claimed my electrics were damaging a 'chip' inside the box. So I ended up giving up on it as the cost of shipping back to the US was to expensive for repair. On my car now I have DPI new fans and shroud and think this is a far better solution. Superbly made and helps reduce the load on the electrical system.

Yeah, I talked to Hervey and he told me to replace the fans. They are pulling a heck of a lot of juice.

Just replaced mine, the new ones are awesome.
