Stop Lamp Switch

So I was cruising on the highway yesterday and notice my cruise wasn't cancelling thru the brake. Checked the brake light fuse and its fine. Turns out the stop lamp switch is busted.

I don't really want to have my car sitting for 2 weeks waiting for a part, is there any cross references to a more common car?

Well it turns out the switch is ok. Hooked it up through the original wiring (brakes only when ignition on) and all is well. Turns out the fuse holder was corroded.
