Where does this connect to?

Is this supposed to be connected to something?

If it's what i'm thinking it's a live feed for the brake light switch. Some cars cars have it connected others don't. It was originally supposed to feed the brake lights without the Key being turned ON. Later the wiring was reconfigured so you had to have the key ON to power the brake lights. The wire was never eliminated from the harness so they just left it unconnected under the dash.

Probably nothing. You'll see another green wire on the brake light switch. One of them is hot all the time, one is switched. Running change during production.
