What Should Hig/Low AC Pressure Be?

I have the R12 AC system. It looks like I may be low on Freon and so I need to take it somewhere to get repaired. What should be the Low/High Pressure be?

Refer to your Workshop Manual N:06:01. That chart assumes a correctly adjusted low pressure switch and you have vacuumed ALL of the air out.
