I was watching a foreign movie on netflix, and this scene came on. Is that a concept car?

This is the 1972 BMW M1 concept car (http://gearpatrol.com/2013/07/22/octane-icon-bmw-m1/).

"Famed designer Giorgetto Giugiaro, known for such beauties as the Ferrari 250 GT Bertone and the Maserati Bora, penned the M1 using the rare gullwinged 1972 BMW Turbo concept car as styling inspiration. Though the gullwing doors wouldn’t carry over, the low-slung, flat shape of the Turbo thankfully did."

Actually, this one seen here was designed by Paul Bracq. Giugiaro got the inspiration from him for designing the M1, as it was actually released. But it looks similar.

Correction on my own quotes sorry. Giugiaro got the inspiration from a drawing from Paul Bracq, but the concept car might be from Giugiaro.

Yep. I found this: "As the project emerged, the E26 (en*gineering concept 26) would be designed by Giugiaro and his Ital Design staff around the proven CSL racing engine. Lamborghini would build 400 cars, making the design eligible for Group 4 racing. Once homologation was completed, a turbocharged version of the CSL six-cylinder would be fitted to the factory race car, and, went the plan, the winning would commence."
