Hi Gang,
Here is a new (installed for 2 weeks) DMCH fuel pump boot, cover, Hervey sending unit, baffle and DMCH old style fuel pump for sale.
In regards to the pump it is new DMCH with check valve bought from Chris16409 on OCT 4th , but the Hervey screen attachment nylon tube swelled and fell off during a drive and the pump became loud and noisy but the car still ran. My fuel tank was clean, but when this happened I shut the car off and in my aggravation over the noise and seeing the swelled screen tube not holding, I ordered the updated DMCH kit and never looked back.
So in regards to the pumps condition, maybe it's fine and will be quiet with a new pickup screen, but who knows. It may have a piece of trash in it despite my tank being cleaned prior to install. I'm just at the point after spending so much cash on these new parts that I didn't care to order a new screen and try it. It is barley used but make your offer accordingly in regards to the pump. I'll include everything you see here in the photo assembled and ready to drop in. Pump is being sold with these parts as-is.
PM a reasonable offer and will ship via priority mail. Again these parts were on the car only for 10 days at the most. Thanks!
Add: I also will include a new big clamp that holds the assembly to the tank that's not in the photos. Also includes a new Hervey baffle and nut also not in the photo with instructions.
About $275 worth of stuff here without the pump (125.00) but will entertain any reasonable offer. I have no further use for any of these parts so priced to sell. Throw me an offer.
