I love it. I would totally go if it would be close by. And if there are Pizzas for the veg*n crowd, but I am not sure if treehuggers were the big thing in the 80s.
Looks great. I saw the article someone linked to a few weeks back (including again, below). It looks like a great place. I wish you the best of luck.

Was just about to make a comment about weed and food.
I read an article somewhere that Peyton Manning opened up a bunch of that nasty Papa Johns places in CO before weed became legal.

Congrats, good luck on your venture.
I'm sure it will do better than the Bucking Delorian has done.
But that's another story.

Add a "Rock-a-Fire Explosion" band and go over the top! Looks amazing, great collection, looks like a blast! (from the past)

Who needs "Rock a fire" when you can dine with the "King of Pop"

From my understanding, it's barely getting by. I know a lot of people that left. Seems like its pretty dead when I go in. They lost their Chef so the food has gone down hill.
Place just isn't being run right.

I'd go there on principle alone if it was in my home town. If I ever find myself in that neck of the woods I will go ahead and grab a slice!

Plus it's way out in Lakeside - and the only thing people go through Lakeside for is either to get to the casino, or head up to Julian. Otherwise I don't think the locals get the whole DeLorean thing.

Btw great idea for a restaurant. Seems the 80's are kind of making a comeback (which is good and bad).
Hope it does well.

I live in Fort Collins and plan to swing by as soon as I get my car back up and running. (Hopefully soon - fuel system rebuild turned into more projects...) I look forward to meeting you and checking out the your new resurant!

Yea or when the rodeo is going on.
I heard they are changing the name soon. Doing away with the current menu because they can't get anyone to cook the food right. Rumor is is that they are changing it to a cantina and only serving rolled tacos, chips and salsa, small mex finger foods.
Thats a bad move though too because there is a really good taco shop down the street.
My guess he will rename it the the bucking burrito, bucking tostada something along those lines.

I'll defiantly shoot by next time I'm in Colorado.
I don't know if you ever have a live band, but these guys kick ass and are local. I've been a fan for a long time: http://www.eightiesband.net/
