I have this system with instructions from DMCNW just removed to accommodate a new iPad Arduino based system. Add a couple of inexpensive actuators from eBay and 2 - 12v relays and you're good to go!

As one member reminded me, the rules say I must state a price. $75.00 is my asking. This will also give you remote locks and 7 other channels to control stuff. Installs in 30 minutes and very easy. I'll throw in a relay to control your parking lights as well that's documented in the instructions. This is $199 from DMCNW with the instructions and actuators that I found on eBay for $10.
