Seems like there is a TM at the Sao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil

http://i1.wp.com/revista.carromotors.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/delorean-truckvan-salao-do-automovel.jpg

It is on a stand promoting Graal Network which seems to be a network of motorway/interstate rest-stops/service stations.

Is it a local Brazilian owner or has someone shipped their car down there?

This is intriguing; it appears to have functioning folding wheels?

So that makes it a display Delorean!
Interesting but also a pitty...

I’m so embarrassed.

My English teacher made me stay after class and write this out 10 times:

Whose TM is down in Brazil?
Whose TM is down in Brazil?
Whose TM is down in Brazil?
Whose TM is down in Brazil?
Whose TM is down in Brazil?
Whose TM is down in Brazil?

Whose TM is down in Brazil?
Whose TM is down in Brazil?

Let’s approach this a different way – which of the builders that are on here were not involved with this car?

another pic presumably showing some sort of hydraulics system, behind the shroud

That's pretty cool!

I wonder if there is a Youtube vid of this in action?

Mouse, this seems to be an inside job of the brazilians.
Not just the wheels are in action but the whole delo is lifted by a hydronic system.
This last piece of evidence you gave us the whole vehicle is lifted up for the effect. So this must be a show platform used for events. And with such bad flux bands I doubt ANY known builder from in here would have done that bad....

The rest seems to have approached screen accuracy quite a bit. ( except the girl...)

Ahem!
You think at such an event there would not be at least 70 smartphones filming this? (Just watch how many hands are holding up a video capturing device)

Poor thing looks like a country fair ride and doc brown speaks Brazilian on helium...

That's alright. It's all Greek to me, anyway. :)

That's pretty neat. Now to just set up a screen in front with the Ride footage and you are all set :)

I'll pay for that ride if it was setup just like that. :)

I think I am becoming obsessed with sourcing this car.

Here is the same one, but from a different angle, showing the two Doc Browns (I'll put a better one in the next post)

As has been pointed out, it does resemble one of those fairground rides, or even better, the old Universal ride

These instagrammers really don't want to take the pictures we need :(

Here’s a couple of shots showing the actuators for the wheels. You can see that the standard frame is still there.

http://dmctalk.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=31534&d=1415815312

I was wondering if they had done something differently with the wheels as they seemed a little odd in earlier shots, but in this side view, it becomes clear that there must be some sort of backer disc that the actuators attach to.

I have co-opted a Brazilian colleague who speaks Braz-er-Portuguese and we have discovered that it was actually converted in Brazil. Trying to get more info.

So, GWII didn’t supply parts – what about Bruce or VideoBob, or were the all self-sourced?

this is the better one, showing the “interior” from above

The interior is terrible, apart from the overhead that clearly is one of bob's casted emergency lights. They must have bought the flux band endings from someplace.

I am guessing few parts bought off bob's online shop, the rest they did them selves.

One thing I like to give credit for is the light coming from behind the wheels! Obviously impossible to do on a running delo.

LOL all I was paying attention to was the model IN the car :) and wondering is SHE included?

That actually would be a cool motion simulator ride with a screen in front of the car.
