I would be skeptical also at that price but if I lived nearby and was in the market I would go over there with cash and see just what is going on.

I googled the vin and his phone number. that bin was listed on eBay for 18k, Craigslist, ebay Ireland, and a bunch of other sites. seems fishy to say the least. I was just in Orlando...wish I would have known.

Indeed,

apart from the May 2014 ebay listing, with a starting bid of $18k, there has been a steady stream of listings at $9800 over the past 6 months, so I am shocked that it hasn't been snapped up at that price if it is real.
