Of course there had to be a wise crack about unreliability. Like the inference to the Lotus Esprit in For Your Eyes Only (even if that was a smartass remark too) Very nice looking car :race:

That's a nice picture Patrick, how come your car is so photogenic? Maybe it's the slight grain difference in the SS - if I remember correctly, you polished/re-grained your car shinier that stock right?

Thanks, Jeremy. I did polish my car years ago with Mother's Aluminum polish and to me the finish just seems "normal" now. I did have lots of people asking what I did to the stainless at DCS in Dayton.

When you used the Mother's polish, did you go with the grain? Isn't it an abrasive compound?

Circular motion by hand. And over 100 terrycloth towels.

The only thing I don't like about Patrick's badass wheels is: they're so much of a signature on his car, I can't put the same combo on my car 'cause I'd look like a copycat fanboy...lol.

Thank you! Yes, the car was last treated with the polish probably 4 years before the YouTube video was filmed. It has dulled down a little since it was treated, but it has kept a very nice sheen ever since.

Haha. Faisal in Washington had those wheels before me. I stole the idea from him.

That is a great photo, Patrick, and an even better split picture.

In the best manner, like every BTTF fan out there, you should get a picture of your car in the snow, with you getting out a la Roger Moore, and redo the split pic.
