Stupid Question

I know this is kind of stupid but can anyone show me the correct wiring for the horns? When I got the car the horns were in a box, the screws for the brackets were wrong and the threads (in the frame) for some of the bolts are f'ed. I think the horns are stock (only one connection on each horn) and the brackets are stock and now i'm getting ready to time-sert the threads, sooo. How do you hook them up. I do see the connection from the main harness but how do you hook up the horn on the other side of the frame. I know its weird but the wiring diagram is not helping me. Any thoughts? Pics? Thanks.

The driver's side pic was soon after I got my car and before replacing both my horns.

The passenger side pic was from a couple seasons ago doing some brake work. You can see (hopefully, if you zoom in) on the passenger side one where it is indeed only one wire connector (black). It doesn't give you a close up of the bracket, but maybe the orientation shows you what you need to know?

The original-wired horns on ours have:
- a purple-black 12V+ wire to the left horn hot terminal. Might be 16ga wire.
- the female plug feeding that left horn has that wire AND a second purple-black wire on it that is a jumper to the right horn
- right horn has the other end of that jumper with a female plug on its hot terminal
- the female plugs are the kind that are sheathed inside the black rectangular plastic housing, as found here and there around the engine bay and elsewhere.

So poke around in front of both sides of the crumple tube looking for the purple wire with the black stripe on it. As in the wiring diagram. Horns grounded to frame/crumple tube thru brackets.
