Delorean in Coopersburg, PA yesterday? -not mine

One of my friends saw this Delorean right outside our Ice cream shop yesterday here in Coopersbug, PA. Jersey plates. Any DMA members driving through or do we have a new a delorean owner in town? it was on a side street, so it didn't appear to just be a passerby.
