It just occurred to me while driving the D home from the grocery store just now, that tonight presents a unique opportunity...
I'm going for a little drive tonight (don't think CHP is monitoring this thread, but just in case I won't say which freeway). At about 15 seconds before midnight I'll start speeding up a little - and at just the right moment - If I can hit 88 right on cue - I'm going to move forward into... 2015.
The family is out of town, and I'll have both hands on the wheel, so there will be no video (alas my JVC camcorder is not charged). So some of you may doubt this historic event has even happened. But ask yourself this - Did any of you ever see me in 2014 again after the attempt?
BTW - if I do get pulled over expect a link to the kickstarter to pay the fine and added insurance costs...
