New years regret

So i am the first one to get BTTF burn out when i am driving my car. With that said i am kicking myself for not making the best start to 2015 possible.

I was thinking this morning i should have been driving my car at 88 at midnight. There's only one 2015 :(

I did it right up the road in Santa Clarita. I put up that post a little before 9 the other night hoping someone local would see it and we could have had an impromptu caravan. Sorry to have missed you, sounds like you were 30 minutes away (actually 20 if I went 88 the whole way.)

So, that was fun (88 into 2015), but the best part was heading back into town. At just about every light people were rolling down their windows to call out or take a pic, so I eventually picked a few parking lots of bars and gas stations, even the taco bell drive thru - I'd pull up to a group of 3 or 4, pop the door, and ask "what year is this?" - "Cool - I've still got time!" and head out. About half the time someone in the group totally got the 2015 reference rather than just the generic time machine bit - and asked me to hold on and take a group photo. Fortunately I had the Marty vest in the trunk from the last BTTF screening we went to, so I was able to get in costume.

It was actually a lot of fun...

Maybe we should do something on October 21?
