So my Delorean needs some new wiper blades. I know that delorean.com have a wiper blade kit for sale and its the ones they use when they service/restore a car.

My question is, is it any good? Or are there other options I should be looking for. Keep in mind, I live in Norway and it tends to rain a bit, even during the summer;)

Cheers!

You should be able to buy "refills" locally. If you want to replace the wiper holder then you may need to go to a vender. The refills are just the rubber portion of the wiper and slide in. After replacing the blades you should make sure the windscreen is very clean. That means no wax, it can make the blades skip and hop.

I use PIAAs. They are light and silicone rubber. Last forever. When I park for any length of time - winter - I put a tennis ball under each arm to raise the blade off the windshield.

Also, I use a 24 inch for the driver side and 20 inch for the passenger side. No interference and a bigger wiped surface. They are so light the extra surface does not strain the wiper motor either. They look OEM except for the little PIAA marking on the blade.

I never knew anyone actually bought these. I bought 2 new wiper blades for $10. Nothing special about the delorean. Just get two 20" universal blades at the parts store and clip them on.

Thanks for the input guys!
I guess I'll just go with 20" regular ones that find locally here;)

We also carry those blades at about the same price for the standard blade or $3- more for "Bosch Dual Composition" blades FWIW. Amazon isn't ALWAYS cheaper.
