Banjo bolt into control pressure regulator

We are finishing up the valley rebuild, and in the process I replaced all of the fuel lines. When trying to install a bolt into the control pressure regulator, toward the front of the car, it stops and wont go any further. Is there a trick to getting this bolt in?

No, but I think that's the one that is a unique size.

Look at 2-2-0 in the Parts Manual. One bolt (#5) is the same as all of the injectors, #1 is unique. Do not mix up the hoses, each hose must go in it's correct spot. That is probably why the bolts are different, so you can't mix them up by accident.

Got it in. The new bolt was one thread too long. Fired up the car for the first time, stupid high idle. 2500 then jumped up to over
3000

Did you remember to connect the thermistor switch in the VOD y-pipe? It's the black Bosch connector.

Yes, turns out we had to bend the throttle bracket a little to get it to fit on the new water pump. It was causing the isle to run over 3500rpm, so we just backed down the ball end a few turns and it seems like it's back to normal.

Found a small oil leak behind the plate for idler bearings, but the top bolt wasn't tight. She was also running hot after a bit, need to add coolant after it cools down, but this long multi month journey is coming to an end.
