Just a warning with the skirt kit, if you have a lowered car you'll constantly be scraping the front piece on awkward inclines and when you're not paying attention you'll destroy it on parking blocks.

Also be sure to note that it's far from a bolt on installation. In fact you need to install it twice - there is enough "whittle to fit" going on that you don't want to paint it before you install it the first time. So - install/fit, remove, paint, reinstall.

Any blackout tail lights I've seen were home-made, since the surface is essentially flat it's pretty easy.

Same for side scoops but they are not so easy.

Yes Dave is correct: the skirt kit is just a basic form, you need to decide how you're going to install everything as far as locating where you'll cut/drill/mount hardware, then you actually have to drill/cut, get the hardware, mount, then fill in/fiberglass the gaps between the fiberglass and body where they don't meet each other because the kits aren't tailored for each specific car and THEN take it all apart & paint the kit. The side "vents" on the skirt before the rear wheel do not lead anywhere also, its just a screen and nothing behind it. Also, be prepared to re-paint everything after a few years of road debris chipping your paint off... It's a PITA but I like how it looks so I've kept them on my car. I've repainted the whole thing twice and lost one rear skirt that goes along under the rear bumper so I had to get that replaced, and back to the cutting, painting etc on that one all over again! After I destroyed the one fiberglass piece that goes on the front (it's inevitable you'll forget to NOT pull all the way forward to avoid the parking blocks), I left it off the car and doubt I'll ever put a new one on up there.

This is exactly why I don't have the front or rear pieces on my car, just the sides. I'm not that big of a fan of how they look either, but mostly it's the scraping

I made some ground effects out of some rubber bailer belting I found in a farm supply store. The neat thing about it you
can't damage it. If you hit a curb or speed bump it just flexes out of the way and snaps back. It's been on my car for over
22 years and it still looks new. shine it up with Armor All and i'm ready for the next car show.

Not sure. We've never actually done it. I've sold a couple to do-it-yourselfers. It's really body shop work, and due to the cosmetic issues it's better just to deal directly with the body shop yourself. I can check into the cost of the side panels only, it's listed as a full kit but I'm sure I can get a partial.

I am not sure if it was because I already purchased the whole kit, but when I lost my rear skirt section I was able to buy just that section alone instead of the whole kit over again.

I shot gloss black rustoleum using a paint gun. I considered using SEM Trim black but then I decided that being so close to the road, they'll probably be nicked regularly. The rustoleum is much easier to touch up.

The rims are chromed.
