Are there any non Delorean master brake cylinders that are compatible with our cars? Searching the site I saw a recommendation of a '79 Saab 900 and another '86 Saab. Are the proportioning valves the same on these MBC's? Is anyone using them?

The Saab units will fit. The proportioning is different. Those are made for a front-heavy front-drive car. It's not a valve but the internal construction.
