While I was out in San Francisco recently I found an amazing Delorean poster/collage signed by JZD himself. It was a really cool looking collage, with a stainless steel frame, so I knew I had to have it to put on the wall in the garage in front of the Delorean. It was certified authentic by a reputable memorabilia shop that I bought it from. They also threw in an autographed picture of Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd after I haggled with them on price for a while. Anyway, pictures are attached.

Did he write "Have a Good Trip" or "(It) Was a Good Trip"? Interesting if it's the latter.

Looks like the former to me.

Really cool, thanks for sharing! What's the black car to the left of your D in the 3rd pick? Looks like maybe a late model T-top firebird or Trans Am?

The rear of your T-panel looks just like mine.

No intention to derail the thread, but Dave S. showed me a clever trick with the louvres when he looked over my car at DCS. Basically, the top lip of the louvre is supposed to open over or above the rear edge of the t-panel and not under it.

I had not even realized mine wasn't right until he pointed it out. I had known mine scrapped a bit when you opened the louvre, but didn't know what (or if) there could be done about it.

And the solution is not complicated once shown (and obviously the practice that Dave has). With a wrench and about two minutes time, we (all I did was hold the louvre in place as he guided it into place) fixed it by loosening the bolts on the hinges and retightening them once adjusted. It made a huge difference to help avoid pushing into the t-panel after this.

That's my 83 Trans Am. I've been restoring it over the past few years, and it's almost done now. I'm doing the whole 80's TV show/movie thing. I've got a 69 Charger as well. So I've gor BTTF, Knight Rider, and Dukes of Hazard. I've got my eye on a Mad Max car next :) Here's the TA:
