How do you know?

Because this is the image the seller was using last time the fascias were up for sale. Take note of the sides of the fascias.

Yes, urethane.

Urethane (polyurethane) is a last family of elastomers. Not all of them are the same.

No details about the DeLorean fascia except to guess that it's made from the same class of urethane that was used on millions of similar bumper caps that were increasingly coming into vogue back then. And that now are on almost every car.

The seller's responses to the questions on the listing make me say "Really?" It's like he's saying, "Hey moron, I'm not going to take any additional effort to include pics to sell something for a measly few hundred bucks. If you don't trust me based on the one picture I've provided, you must be an idiot."
