Fans for cigarette lighter? or alternative

I have a BTTF converted car, my air conditioning works great, but, the two air vents in the center are now blocked by the time circuits...I plan on shutting them to force the air to the door vents, then using a flex hose to re-direct the air. Not sure if that will be enough, as anyone without air in their D knows how hot it can get. So my question is has anyone bought a battery operated fan or a cigarette lighter fan of small air unit that they would recommend?
I read a few online reviews of such products and they are all over the place...has anyone used something like this?

Don't put anything large or heavy into the outlet. What you want is a fan with some wire so you can place it on the dash pointing at you.

Yeah like a jet turbine with a bucket of ice in front of it...lol
Yes, it would have to be on the passenger side floor or in the passengers hands...not too much room now the conversion is almost at the finish line.

Just a thought. Can you install new air vents in the knee pads, then re-route your center console ductwork to them?
