The brake booster is making a rattling noise after rebuilding the calipers and bleeding the system. The pedal goes to the floor. When I disconnect the vacuum the noise stops. It sounds sort of like fluid inside slurping around in the vacuum. There was a tiny bit of brake fluid in the master cylinder port when I took it out.

Master is new.

Any ideas? New booster time?

Did you ever figure this out? I am having problems with my master and booster right now too. Where did you get your master?
