Switching to manual tranny - a couple of Qs

I am switching from auto to manual transmission - basically done. Two questions:

1) Rear gearchange tube and cross gate cable: Which of the "holes" should they come out of, see pic. The little hole on the left or the larger one on the right?

2) Rear gear change tube: It has two bends in it. Should it curve to the left or right? (Let's assume I'm standing behind the car, looking forward.)

My manual tranny is currently with SEO Motorsports in Florida so I don't have a frame of reference.

The cross gate cable doesn't go through either of those holes. It goes though the small hole in the upper left. The solid shift linkages go through the big hole. I can't remember their orientation without crawling under the car.

The threaded end goes toward the back of the car. The kink only works one way, if you have it backwards it won't be centered in the hole in the frame
