Where is ground number 13?

Title says it all. This is the gauge cluster ground for the tach, oil pressure gauge, fuel gauge, low beam etc on the gauge cluster. I have the pinout for which one it is on the white harness, but where is it actually grounded?

Pretty sure it ties that group of grounds into a wire that feeds back through the center console and ties to the ground in the back of the relay compartment.
