Welcome new owner of 5778

Monday July 6,2015, The Delorean family added a new member.
After 30 years of same family ownership, I passed the torch of owner to a forum member from the east side of Michigan.
Recent life changes in my world made keeping this fine automobile and using it the way it deserved to be used difficult at best.
Fortunately, I found Doug, and he has great visions on how to use this car as a memorial to his late sister, who fought a tough battle with a rare form of cancer. He has a plan to use the car to help call attention to this terrible disease, and to generate funds to fight this.
Look for DOCBRWN this summer, and tell him Curt says HI!
But more important, listen to his story, and help him with his fight if you can!

Thank you!! I appreciate all that you have done for 5778, I REALLY DO. Words cannot describe the feeling of owning a good sorted D. I hope that I can do your family proud! It will take me the next week to sort thru all of your paperwork lol! (He has saved every scrap of paperwork associated with the D, which is a good thing).

It was a day that made a Dream come true.
