Fan Speed 4 Doesn't Work?

Okay this is a minor problem I've had since I bought the car, but I'd like to attempt to find the issue.

My fan does not work on speed 4. Speed's 1-3 work just fine. Turn it to 4, and the stops entirely. Turn it back to any other setting and it instantly starts working again?

Any ideas? I know speeds 3+4 share a circuit, so it doesn't seem like that would be part of the issue.

The relay or wiring to the relay must be faulty. You can pull that relay, look at the pins in the socket and try another relay.

Check that the wire for speed 4 is on the fan speed switch. Swap the 3 and 4 speed relays. Check that none of the connectors for the 4 speed has been pushed back in the fuseblock.
