I am looking for the part number for the bolt+nut that hold the pontoon to the frame. I'm sure it's on delorean.com but I don't seem to find it.

I would say that it is SP10590 - BODY MTG BOLT M10 x 30

Nut is 10mm square nut 105615. There are two bolt part numbers, they are 10MM dia bolts, SP10591 is the 40mm long bolt, SP10590 is the 30mm long bolt. They are similar to common 10MM bolts but have pointy ends so they will start easier into the captive nuts.
The 30mm bolts are 4 inside the car and the two at the very rear, the 40mm bolts go through the trunk floor and through the rear shock tower brace. I could have the short/long backwards, doesn't honestly matter much. I'm not even convinced the factory got it right every time.
There are 8 of the captive nuts (4 along the inside of the car, two for the tower brace, two at the rear). There are 10 bolts, not counting the seat belt bolts. The bolts for the seat belts are 7/16", SAE fine thread, not metric!
The seat belt bolts and the front trunk floor bolts go into welded nuts (i.e. part of the frame) so in total there are more 4 more bolts than there are square captive nuts.
