Quick fix?

So Im putting my car into a Car show this week, and I have this chipped flaked paint spot on my windshield, is there any quick fix I can do ahead of the show, and then do something better or more permanent after?? Any help would be appreciated :D

You could try dabbing it with a black dry-erase marker. Not sure how well it would match, but it would probably hide it well enough. I'd try to keep it off the black paint though; may not rub off.

AKA A black Sharpie Marker. It will come off with laquer thinner.

Good call; the Sharpie would probably go on much darker and match better. I was thinking about something that could be undone easier, but if he's going to do a more permanent fix afterward (and as you mentioned, it would come off with LT anyway), the Sharpie is probably the better way to go.

Magic Marker or the norwegian equivalent "sprit tusj" was my first idea as well, and hearing it from you guys makes this decision easier, thanks :D

Kind of related... I have noticed whenever I use a "sharpie" it has almost a purple hue when light hits it. Is there any marker that is truly "black"?

I also use a Sharpie on a couple small nicks on my louver. I have to freshen it up once in a while though.

I've used this particular kind before (not on the car but for other stuff) and they work pretty well. Lots of people make ones like this (Sharpie, Dupli-Color, etc.) and I imagine they would be about the same. Only thing with this is that it's PAINT and not ink, so a bit less forgiving if you mess up.

I have noticed that with the cheaper multi pack sharpies. They are branded Sharpie but are 4 for a dollar and seem very watered down. A single Sharpie that costs a couple of dollars has the same logo but has much better ink.
