Thanks for the link Josh. I'm not sure what a 60-2 trigger wheel feature is though on the one you have and mentioned.

Were NOS pulleys always a little pricey? 296 EURO is at least $425 CAD and perhaps close to $500 CAD with shipping from the UK to Canada, customs, or duties, etc.

Mine isn't a mess, I just noticed it has a slight ding on one edge that is pushing just a little bit on the belt. Alternator and coolant are fine and the belt doesn't shed, but it has always appeared to wobble slightly to me and perhaps this is what I had never seen all along? I got under the car this morning cleaning up grime and oil and what not on the frame and that's when I noticed it as the part with the ding had come to a stop directly facing down. I'll see about taking a picture to show you what I mean. It's not a $500 problem at this point, not even close.

Our aluminum replacements have built in provisions for a bolt on 60-2 trigger wheel for our EFI systems. If you were to want to run without the trigger wheel then a balancing plate is installed to keep the weight at the stock level as it was steel.

They are pricey because Ed and I both make these in small batches. Ours are CNC cut but with the amount of time involved etc it is still a pricy part.
