It's the full-throttle sensor connector... the wire harness DMCH sent me only had the bare spades. :mad2:

I may be wrong, but I thought I had heard these weren't readily available anymore. You may need to look for someone parting out a car or doing an engine swap. Given the availability to 3D print plastic pieces like this quickly, it seems odd that any plastic connector is hard to come by.

Then again, I imagine plastic designed to melt may not work well in the engine compartment.

I would cut the original connector off at both ends and either wire it directly or use a modern weather-pac connector.

Considering that connector has very little current going through it and only briefly. One would have to wonder how low the temperature yield is on the plastic. Understandably, the surface of the engine can easily reach a couple hundred degrees.

Printing the plastic would be easy (provided it was made correctly in 3d)...but heat could be an issue..filaments mostly have a melting point of 200-220c. Have to look if there are any that cure to a higher heat resistance.

Your fuses will hold up better without the cover.
