Need assistance with wiring mess

I just purchased a DeLorean and after starting restoration on it have noticed a few things that don't seem correct. I consulted the wiring diagram, but I couldn't find most of the wires. Hopefully someone can shed light on some of these problems or just post some images that I could use for reference.

The pin in the top left circle has no wire connected to it. Is it supposed to be like this?
The other circle has a wire that seems out of place. Is it correct?

In the red circle, there are three brown wires connected to one terminal on this circuit breaker. This seems correct, but I just want to make sure.
In the black circle, the brown wire from the circuit breaker is spliced to a red/black wire on the starter relay. This doesn't seem correct, is it some sort of improvement?

In the red circle, the cooling fan circuit breaker has no wires connected to it which doesn't seem right at all.

I think the fan fail module is correct although I have seen other images where there are inline fuses connected to it. Is it wired wrong?

I found this under the driver side dash, it seems that the PO cut off the black and black/purple wire to this melted connector. The other wires are brown/white and are connected together. Can someone identify this?

The Red/Black is a repair for the normally Brown wire.
One of the other 3 on the breaker is hot all of the time and needs to be moved to the same side as the repaired wire.

This is a known "problem circuit" -- There needs to be fuses somewhere in this modification!
I'd order a greatly improved replacement module from Dave (bitsyncmaster) here on the forum, in any case.

The first pic. -5047.jpg, I don't know what that small red wire is or where it goes. If you have a power antennae it is connected there and goes behind the driver's seat to feed the antennae. The big red wire with tape on it should have a 10A in-line fuse cut into it if you are going to use the OEM door lock module.

Pic - 5245,jpg, Each wire should have a 20A in-line fuse if you are going to use the fan fail relay jumper and not a relay.

Pic-437.jpg, You really should have an inertia switch there. Two of the wires are the ground for the fuel pump and the other 2 are to unlock the doors. If you trip the inertia switch (in an accident) it shuts off the fuel pump and unlocks the doors (if they are locked and the Central Locking feature is working).

While you are doing this you should order a "Relay Upgrade Kit" from your favorite vendor and make sure every fuse is the correct size for it's location. Pay attention for any wires that show signs of overheating or connectors that don't seem to grip a fuse tightly. Pay particular attention to fuse #7. Be careful with the relays, they are NOT all the same and if you mix them up you can damage the wiring. Also look for signs of any critters that may have been chewing on your wires or any other signs of infestation. If you see that get a dust mask and clean it all up and disinfect the area. Leave the fuse block cover nearby but don't put it on over the fuses. Keep a few extra fuses of each size handy. Get a new pad for the brake pedal so your foot doesn't slip off.

tThe Door Lock Module setup (pic 1) looks odd to me?? Mine and the schematic have 4 Red/x and 4 Brown/x wires (including a Brown to the breaker), and no Purple. Probably an interchangeable replacement. But some of them have tape on them and some go to the inertia switch, which has been hacked.
...I'd chase all of these out.

The red/black wire has serious green corrosion going into the relay socket. That needs some attention( replace the terminal) and make sure you crimp it to clean wire.
