Who's partially converted DeLorean is that?

That's Tom "McFly" Sedor's DeLorean "converted" in 2015 in a few weekends since July 2015.
The conversion is 100% reversible with no holes in the stainless panels or in the interior, etc.
(can be completely reversed to near concours in a few hours time)

Search for "Sedor" for a number of his links to BTTF events in 2015.
Note the car was stock in the January 2015 link for Cubs Fest 2015.

I believe he started the actual conversion after the Baseball Allstar break, when the Cubs
appeared to have a good chance of making it to the Playoffs in 2015.
