Stainless Steel Air Cleaner

The DeLorean that I recently bought had SpecialTAuto's stainless steel air cleaner on it, which I've removed and returned to stock. I don't know what these are worth, so make me an offer. I'll include the stainless air box top and the plastic bottom. You'll need the intake tube and collar and the hardware to mount.

One more thing, I'm looking for the later style center console front panel with no clock hole. I'd be happy to trade.

I just received a PM asking about the missing bottom bracket. I didn't know that there's supposed to be a bracket. The PO attached the stainless top to the plastic bottom with some nuts and washers. It seemed to hold.

There is no bottom bracket. It uses the bottom of the OE box. The rods are threaded on the end allowing 4 hex nuts with large washers (welded on) to snug it all together.

On mine the rods were incorrectly welded on the housing and I had to tap the threads up an extra 2 inches to get it to tighten up properly.

Ah, okay, that's how mine was fastened but I lost the nuts and washers during the chaos.

Thank you! I have since removed the clear lexan and cut a piece of tinted lexan. It tones down the IMO overly bright air box LEDs a bit and now has a very nice effect.

Even without LED's I think I would use a piece of lightly tinted lexan for the top. Gives it a classy look.
