Wider front tires

Hi guys,

Not sure if this is a stupid question (I know very little about tire sizes) but I was wondering, would it be okay to put a tire of this size on the front of a Delorean - 215/60R15
It would be a little wider than standard, I'm not sure if it's too wide or not...
I was just looking at these purely in an attempt to get cool writing on the front and back.

Is your car lowered? Even moderately lowered cars will have fender rubbing while turning and hitting a bump woth stock tires. Fender rolling will be needed at a minimum.

Ahh okay, I'm pretty sure it's not lowered but it could be a bad idea. It would look cool though :(

That's an R15 tire. Our fronts are 14s.

Anything wider may also rub the sway bar.

Yeah I reckon I'll just stick with writing on the back and have something kinda inconspicuous on the front. My current tires are totally dead so I have to get something pretty soon.
Maybe I should just get whitewalls all round :)

Depending on how bad you want those RWL, there are other options :)

Here we go again.... :) You would want a 205....not a 215. BF Goodrich makes a 205 14 in a raised white. (at least they did a few months ago)
