My heat/AC blower motor doesn't run on position 3 only. It works fine on 1 2 and 4 though. Is this a switch issue or something else?

Could be the resistor http://store.delorean.com/p-7593-resistor.aspx, but not sure if you'd just lose speed 3.

If the resistor fails you lose speed 1, OR speed 1 AND 2, or speed 1 AND 2 AND 3. Never just 2 or 3.

More likely the relay or the speed switch. Do you hear the relay click when you go from 2 to 3?

Could be something as simple as the wire for speed 3 fell off of the mode switch. Swap the relays for speeds 3 and 4 making sure none of the wire connectors have backed out of position in the relay block.

thanks Dave I will have a look at this today, :-) i changed the relay and that didn't do a thing.

hopefully i can sort it
