Looking for an original clock with broken display

All,

I'm trying to source an original Delorean VFD clock to experiment with removal of the original (broken) display in favor of a (potential) replacement. I would prefer to find one that has a broken VFD so I am not potentially ruining an original working display.

Realistically it'd be nice to have the enclosure, bezel, and plug as well, but as I'm really only experimenting with the circuit board itself it's not necessary. If you got one to part with for cheap, let me know.

I might be interested in one too if the price is right. I've a kit built by a member here that I want to play around with and don't want to ruin my original.

I think I have thee non operational clocks. I found 2 last night. One was in great working shape then I broke the glass nipple of the LCD display. One had flood damage. One may be a mystery. I'll find them all and see if I can sort out which is which.

I'm really only after the case and the cover screen. Don't need the electrics.

Hey boys.

Good news. I actually have 4 clocks and 2 cases. Two clocks have bad LCDs but good circuits and the other two clocks have water damage.

Both cases look good. And I have one set of hr and min set pins.

Do the water-damaged ones have otherwise good displays? I'm interested, if so.
You can tell if the display has been broken because the black, sooty dot in the lower-right corner will have turned white. Black means it's okay, white means it's been broken.

Mattr04 can have the cases, I just want the guts.
