I bought a model of a 1/15 model time machine a few yeas ago.
I never liked that model but I had other plans.
Bit by bit...over nearly 3 years, I turned into a "normal" model DMC.
I totally underestimated that. The so called cables on the fenders were in one piece with the body so I had to grind all of that off. Same thing with the trim.
The interior..same thing Ialmost had to make a new dashboard.. Not easy to make those lovers either....
I dit not want to make a SS version as I have that already. So I wanted a colored Delorean. I made a black one before, so I decided to make a white DeLorean, my favorite after a black one.
The scale is nice as it is pretty big. The Sunstar is next to it, it is a familiar size for comparison.
I'm glad it is finished. I just put it into a box and in the basement with all the other models.
