Sorry the search didn't really help me so I'm asking it directly.
Does anybod know if this idle motor fits our car ?
it looks a bit different, but can it be used as a replacement ?

It looks like the one I'm using now. I had posted the part number of the one I have on the old .com forum and now I don't have that info. I cleaned and painted mine flat black.
I found my new one was so much better than the OEM units. It runs so linear and draws half the current. Only draw back is it's just a little slower movement.

I found the info on the idle motor I'm using from my Ebay archive.

I'm running it without any bracket attached to the engine. This motor is much smaller and lighter so I guess that will not cause any problem.

I'm also running this one with no issues. I don't think you can use the original bracket to attach it, I'm also running without a bracket but its plenty secured by the piping.

Martin Gutowski has sourced for the support bracket that fits it. It looks just like the old one but smaller diameter. I can't quite tell from the blurry picture, does it have the 3 pin connection?
