I used to use armor all to make the interior of my cars glossy and shiney. Dmcmidwest mentioned it can turn things yellowish over time so what is good to use to actually shine things up. I tried a turtle brand venal and leather cleaner/protectant but it dries matte again. Thanks

I don't use anything on my delorean but for my daily drivers I have had great luck with meguiars Ultimate protection. I put it on with a wax applicator. It gives a rich deep shine, that does not easily wipe off or cook off from the sun.

Griot's Garage has good products but if you like the shiny look Armor-All is the one to use. It will eventually dry out the vinyl and make things yellow and slippery.

Any experts know if this is why you see a lot of grey interior Deloreans with that yellow-brown tinge to the them, or is that just general sun damage?

Armour-All changed the formula over a decade ago. The cracking and drying doesn't happen anymore due to their product.

Does that include no more yellowing?

This is what I like:

Does a nice job of both cleaning and protecting. Doesn't give you a super-shiny surface, but does shine a bit. Far less greasy than a lot of other stuff I've used over the years.

I dislike, oily, shiny interior trim.
Personally - AutoGlym vinyl and leather cleaner and balm.
