The brakes "were done" by the previous owner. What all should I check on brakes to make sure there are totally good to go. Ive driven it around the big block and they seem like you gotta push down a good amount, but it seems to slow down ok. (comparing to modern vehicles)
Thanks!

Properly serviced OEM DeLorean brakes work quite well. From 50mph the pedal should be smooth and firm all the way to lock-up. You will start to get fade after 3 or 4 times. No ABS, etc. but, they are effective. If you are suspect, making sure the brakes are correctly fitted could be a project. They should have correct brake-pad hardness (code FF), the correct master cylinder (internal bias valve), a properly operating vacuum assist, fully functioning calipers and, open - undamaged brake lines, etc. Or, find a good garage or go to a DeLorean service center.

Brake repairs are really a "skilled to highly-skilled " experienced level job. You should really NOT do that work if you are not at that skill level.
