Looks like the builders used the tail lights and the wheels, and that's the end of the DeLorean parts list.

My guess is that it is a range extender / tow-behind generator for their electric DeLorean. Or just a very cool looking trailer!

It's Google's new self-driving, self-balancing car of course.

You mean like a Segway? I mean, a SegLorean?

That or like Ford's Gyron, except with the wheels on each side vs. front and back.

I spotted this on a facebook group. Someone on there says it's a trailer Google had made to be towed behind an electric Delorean. Supposedly a mobile storefront of sorts. Here's another pic that was posted there.....

It looks like the a setup to sell electronics. Android phones and tablets, given the context.

I am curious about the hitch setup. 'Wish someone would have gotten a picture of that. I've seen pictures of other types of trailers pulled behind DeLoreans, but never knew how the hitch was made, on the DeLorean side, that is.

It actually has gull-wing doors! And those flat side panels are actually solar panels, collecting energy for the electric DeLorean pulling it. So this is really the first unlimited range electric DeLorean, at least on sunny days anyway.................ok, you can all stop laughing now!

Cool. Good craftsmanship for a trailer.

Are you sure? They look more like LED matrices, for signage or some such. If they were PV Panels, surely they would be on the roof of the trailer to charge the system while on the move?

Looks like pegboard to me. You can see light through the holes the right side.

These are taken from Toby's Facebook page. This is not the google car, but i assume the concept would be similar.
