Fix Craig Cassette Deck?

Before I replaced my radio, the Craig had problems with the rewind and forward buttons. I finally got to opening the damn thing, and I found a spring. Anyone know where this goes? Once I fix it, I will sell it to someone who needs it.

to repair it you just need to bend the spring

afterwards you should clean, lube and adjust the tapedeck, speed is very often
off and some tend to shut off suddenly after a few minutes...took my a while to
find out why :-P

It worked when I last removed it three years ago...

I'm probably just going to sell it to someone who wants to fix it.
