We removed the trim around the windshield to paint it. One of the wires attached to the trim was detached from whatever it was originally grounding. Drivers side bottom wire. What does this go to? Also, for curiosities sake, what do the others run to?

Thanks again.

On mine, I had a ground wire on the passenger side - it ran under the windshield to the passenger fender (the windshield was actually urethane'd over the wire), the other end ran to the post on the side of the car where the corner of the dash attaches, the connector on this post had a second wire running to the wiring harness which I guess is the source of the body ground. I think the wire you're describing goes to the front left fender, on my car I have a strap going from the side windshield trim to the top header - same on the other side from the top header to the side trim piece. Also on the bottom of these trim pieces had a strap going to the front fenders, and the front of the front fenders had a strap going to the hood.

Most of my fender ground wires are either missing or broken at this point, I haven't made an effort to replace them all yet.
