Does anyone happen to know the name of the font used in the DeLorean Motor Company font? I am making a sign for my garage on a CNC laser and need to try and recreate the sign but can't seem to find the font. I have the font for the DMC portion but not the delorean motor company part. Thanks in advance!

When I made my sign, I found the font titled "IrisUPC" to be very close. It's not exact, but unless you looked at them side by side you would never know it.

Looks like Optima - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optima

Also used by Aston Martin so we're in good company.

That one seems to be a little less curvy than the iris font. I will try both and seem what I like better. Thank you.

Decided to go with Optima. Seemed to do the trick. Thanks again.

Rustproof is close, but there are some slight differences between that and what was on the original dealer signs. The insides of the letters in Rustproof are squared off, where as they are rounded in the logo. DMC.ttf is a bit closer, and is available from your local Google :)

They're not talking about the font for the "DMC," they're talking about the font for the words "DeLorean Motor Company" listed underneath the DMC.

I have the original font created by AXE Creatives for sale if you are interested. Comes with documentation.
