He's a busy guy but he's around. For simple orders try ordering through the website. Otherwise my only suggestion is be patient. His work and support is top shelf.

He told me he would buy some parts I had for sale. Never heard from him. Sent multiple invoices. Never heard a word. He just disappears off the map.
